Laura Hanson

   Adult Entertainment is Elaine May's hilarious spoof of New York's open access channel's The Robin Byrd Show, a talk show hosted by ex-porn star, Robin Byrd.

In the play, the porn stars try to better themselves and produce real art.  According to  the St. Louis Post-Dispatch theatre critic, "And if the discussion of great literature gets too heady, costumer Laura Hanson's wonderfully cheesy outfits bring us back to earth..."  PlaybackSTL commented, "Laura Hanson's costumes are very effectively used and, as the show progresses, we tend to notice the actors' wardrobes becoming more and more conservative, subtly underlying the fact that these porn folks are becomng better people."
